Venus and Serena Williams will become the latest celebrities to own a stake in the Miami Dolphins, a person familiar with the deal said.

The person spoke Wednesday on condition of anonymity because the team plans to announce the involvement of the tennis-playing sisters next week.
:boohoo:

The both of them are supposedly pretty big Dolphins fans... I remember hearing that a while ago.

w/e

who cares if they own .05% of the team?

it doesnt do anything except gain the attention of williams sisters fans... and give ross more money to invest...

how is it a bad thing?

Those are two owners I could really get behind. :linedance:

Cool! Welcome aboard to the two most dominating women in Pro Tennis. Always happy to see Professional level athletes....Especially ones that have played at the highest level invest money wisely. The Dolphins are the wisest investment I can think of.

Now, I await the posters who will complain about tennis match exibitions that will somehow have to be played at halftime. It goes to follow, right? Everyone complained about Marc Antony, and, Gloria Estephan on the basis that they'd be doing halftime performances (Which wasn't true and was a stupid assumption). Now I assume everyone will complain because we'll have to watch Tennis at halftime?

Get a grip folks.
