Why does everyone assume it was us that didn't want Flynn ?

Philbin will have seen a lot of Flynn in practices but it works both ways. Flynn will have seen a lot of Philbin too and will have his own ideas about whether he will make a HC. Maybe Flynn simply saw another team as a better option - much like a lot of others of late

Why would we bring him In if we didn't want him?

a lot of fans keep intimating that Philbin didn't think enough of Flynn. from what i keep reading, Ireland wanted him at bargain basement. that to me tells that Joe had no final say; it was all about $$$$$$$(Ireland).
