Vick helps prepare for Young

I remember USC had someone with blazing speed help them prepare for Vince.....didnt work out so well for them.....

Just lucky Vince is a rookie and probally wont play every down anyway....I have no clue what Jeff Fischer is doing with his QB's. Its almost like he knows he isnt gonna win so he is bringing Young into games at random times to get him experience

Vick couldn't be a pimple on Young's A$$!!!!!!!!!!!:dolphins:

GO HORNS!!!! GO PHINS!!!!!!!!

Marcus is doing and saying all the right things. Whether he ever significantly contributes on Sunday or not, at least he's maturing.

Is Young going to be the starter on Sunday? I didn't think Jeff Fisher would let him start on the road against a formidible (at least i thought it was) defense. Jason Taylor, Kevin Carter, Vonnie Holliday, Keith Traylor amongst others is a tough d-line to go up against on the road.....Then again our secondary IS bad.

I just want Collins to start.....I know there's NO WAY he can beat us.

Young wont start, but Fischer has been swapping them in and out of games at will it seems.....so we will see some, or plenty of Vince

Ah

I did see him come in the Jets game, come to think of it. I dont know though, i'm not really worried about Vince Young or the Titans offense (Drew Bennett alert!). To me it's more of can our offense stop turning the ball over, taking stupid sacks and just play better. Not to mention special teams.

Wes Welker is the man, but i dont want him to be the best player on the field, i think that needs to be a guy like Ronnie Brown or Daunte Culpepper, even Chris Chambers, and so far they really haven't played well enough to assume that role.

Oh yeah, just ask USC.

Sucess in College doesn't = sucess in the Pros.
I do believe he will be good though, but he's still a shaky rookie.

I remember when playing the falcons a few years back and Mike Vick was a rookie. He came in and did pretty well against our D then. Could be a similiar situation with an wild card like Vince Young.
The strategy of putting him in for a few drives/snaps at a time is a good way to get him some experience without putting the pressure to lead the team while he's still learning.

That's the point, he's maturing, he can make the team on the future 'cause it's a good athlete
