That's one of the main reasons I loved the draft, Roth is a hard working player with a nasty attitude on the field and an all about work attitude off it. Crowder has not got that good of an attitude but he believes he can make plays and was a steal in the 3rd. Ronnie Brown loves football and is willing to work with no character issues at all. This year we got players who are willing to work hard to make the team. Crowder should also come into TC with a chip on his shoulder from going in the 3rd round and show the teams who passed on him and picked Odell Thurman and Barrett Ruud before him that he should have been the 1st inside linebacker taken.
