If you ever played football, you would know that coaches and players do this all the time. Nothing new here.
 
I don't get it.

I understand the sentiment that the some players have lost respect for or don't trust Philbin, but the assumptions behind this video are ridiculous. Obviously the players are disappointed we didn't score here nearing the end of the game, but creating speculation for means of drama is just as sad.
 
It's like we don't even have a coach. I mean, it's almost as if a broom stick is coaching this team...

No. Players that love their coach skip off the field hand in hand after failing to convert on 3rd down.

This about sums up the season we have before us. The one we were all so excited for. While everyone around us gets better we are still in the gutter :-( And I am sad
 
I understand Ross wanted continuity and whatnot for Tannehill and the team, but it's time for a damn change. Someone who has fire, who isn't afraid to take chances, and who has the players' backs.

Philbin seems like that boss that comes into town every once in a while, where when he walks down the hall, everyone pretends to be on the phone to avoid talking to him.

I wouldn't be productive if I hated coming to work every day and taking orders from a turd.
 
I've grown tired of Philbin as much as everyone else here, but how does this clip prove the claim made? C'mon now...

Charlotte McKinney.....I agree, she is smoking hot. :hump: She was in the annual "controversial" Hardee's/Carl's Jr. Super Bowl ad this year. It's often difficult to concentrate on the text in lurking's posts.

Back on topic, I.....um.....where was I? Train of thought completely lost.
 
Y'all need to stop it. Philbin is a sh*tty Coach but when the players quit they quit on you, me, and themselves. First Joe is overbearing and firing all the team leaders...now he is soft. How about our players just suck and are spoiled.
