Not sure if this was previously discussed but local news is discussing this event today out of Channel 10 Miami:

"A witness recorded a video showing Hill, 31, holding the 4-month-old baby and looking down from the condo’s balcony during an argument. Police officers decided not to arrest Hill who then left the condo, records show."

I saw the video (sorry can't find a solid link on my laptop) and it is pretty damning. The league is going to have to take action on this matter and he is going to be out this next year if true.
 
Your thread title is very misleading, as is your description of the incident. As far as I can tell from that video (at least the one included in that news segment), he wasn't holding his child *over* the balcony, in the sense she was in any danger. He was simply holding his child while leaning up against his balcony.

I highly, highly doubt there will be any league action.

Bizarre that anyone would be offended by this video. This happens all the time, everywhere by everyone. People just want to heap on the pile of wrongs for some strange reason. Hill is a douche, but this video doesn't portray that, unless you're spineless and want to negatively sensationalize.

If shocked by this, simply dig deep inside your lower abdomen and pull out your nut sack lol.

Already been investigated and cleared as nothing criminal. It certainly is clickbait to say he was holding the baby over the balcony. That’s simply false. He had her in his left arm while he grabs the railing with his right arm to look over probably to see if police were coming but no part of the baby goes over the balcony at any time. Even the article states “near” the balcony.

Tyreek is an ahole, there’s no doubt about that but we don’t need to make things up to further prove that.
 
How is walking towards the balcony with the baby construed as holding the baby over the balcony as the header says. I don't like the man he is but come on be accurate please
 
Amazing portrayal by a FH VIP. Hanging the kid over the balcony? Where? Should write for daily mail or similar smh
