No Revis caught the remote from the other side of the couch.

Davis isnt elite. He needs to stfu. Hes to incosistent to be considered elite. When hes on hes a top corner.
 
All I know is Davis and Smith better sit right down and eat the **** out of their pie! They had better stop the yapping and start to play football becasue right now they both looked better as rookies.

Davis gets burned almost every game... Revis doesn't. Regardless of Romo, the technique Revis played was textbook. Romo would've completed that pass on Davis because I doubt he even gets his head turned around fast enough to pick it off.


Davis can't hold Patrick Surtain or Sam Madison's jock strap... much less Revis'.


If he was half as good as he thinks he is, he'd end up in Canton one day. Thinking it is one thing, but when you come out spewing gargabe about how good you are publicly when you're not even consistent to begin with... all that does is fuel some guy like Tom Brady to make an example out of you.

Davis is not on Revis' level, not yet at least. As far as Revis not getting burned every game thats covered up by a great supporting cast. Other players on the defense still contribute to a "lock-down corner". Revis playing "textbook coverage" on the interception play? Please, the reason he is credited with that is because of his name. If Vontae got that same pick people would say he got beat and Romo handed it to him. I can assume too.
 
you know what really sucks, when Bryant beat Revis for that first catch I was really looking forward to zeroing in on that matchup. Then Bryant got hurt on a punt return and was a liability. Bryant was hot, he may have given the great Revis some problems had he not gotten injured.
 
How has this thread gone on for so long? He's been one of our best players the past couple years and had a bad game like the rest of the D (and the rest of the defenses in the nfl, for that matter). He'll be the least of our problems.
 
Our D was pathetic last night, Sporano, and Nolan should be called out, Sporano moreso the conditioning of this team was sub par to say the least. I'm glad we did not play at 1pm sunday afternoon it would have been much worse.

Our D was so gassed they weren't even in position a good 40% of the plays they were on the field for, and I'm saying that they weren't even set when Brady got the ball.

Brady is The BEST QB in the NFL hands down, P Manning is great but Brady smokes him, Brady was on fire and he played the D into the turf at will.

But ya know what, our offence was spectacular for the most part, and we were in the game till the last 4 minutes playing the one of the best if not the best team in the game with the best QB possibly ever.

Props to Chad and Brian Dobal for giving us on hell of a chance despite our shortcomming (sporano)
