What's YOUR reaction to Sherman getting the boot?

I - for one - am thrilled! I literally said, "Oh, thank God!" out load.

Question now will be WHO's going to be the new OC?

But, for now, what's YOUR reaction to Sherman getting fired?
 
My reaction is...That's it?? This move was basically expected. The Dolphins need more than just ousting Sherman, he was not the principle reason for the Meltdown 2013.
 
I was never a fan of his hiring. Ever. His mediocre tenure at TAM and showing no ability to hold onto big leads in the 2nd half, had me worried. He came here.....and stayed true to his nature.

But I will say. The offensive line play would have done in any offensive coord. this year. It was that bad.

It depends on who comes in. I'm not a fan of another GB disciple who won't create or take advantages of mismatches, or adjust throughout the game.
 
Who cares. We have never had a good offense built by Ireland. The closest was the wildcat year and then they decided that was an offense
 
My take is, it may make a little bit of a difference depending on who we replace him with, but Ireland still has to go if we are going to make real strides in the division. So I guess to answer the poll, my choice(s) would be "C" and "D". ;-)

Really interesting that so far NO ONE thinks Mike Sherman needed or would have benefitted from another year as OC.

Makes you think he pretty much had it coming, doesn't it?
 
I'm not overjoyed to hear of anyone losing his job... but I have to admit, I really wanted him removed. I think we can do better, and it sounds like the players have lost confidence in him as well. Hope we get a good one.
