Will allen ran a 4.29 on his 40 yard dash and the Giants trade to move up 8 spots to pick up allen with indy. they traded 30th pick, 91st pick and 193 i think it was for Indy's 22nd overall pick. thats a 1st, 3rd, and a 6th so mayben someone might be willing to do that iwht miami this year and we can move out of our spot and pick up few extra picks.

I think this is in part the reason for some of his problems. He even had a good rookie year and I think this could be a classic case of the pressures of NYC getting to him due to huge expectations. I still think the drops/stonehands are a matter of concentration. It will be interesting to see how he turns out.

He played for Ohio State....He's a blue chipper....Great pick up here mark my words.

A 4.29 40-yard dash.

That's blazing.

Sure interceptions are great but if he has hands of stone and knocks the ball down instead....I'll take that over a completion.

You got the wrong Will Allen, he plays for Tampa, our Will Allen played for Syracuse.

Well he is fast and thats for sure! I hope he turns out to be a good one for us!

I asked my bro-in-law about Allen and he claims that he was the best corner on the team. He said he's fast and physcial, but had some issues with Coughlin

I think the issues he had with Coughlin was the same ones he had at Syracuse. The man has Hands of Stone. The Giants don't think he makes enough plays and they are probably right. Will is an outstanding cover corner who gives us an upgrade speedwise from last year.

The Will Allen from OSU is the safety, he's the one with the diving tackle on McGahee's knee. I'll never forgive him for that one, don't care how good he is.

He can use his stone hands to bat the ball into the air so the safety can make the catch.

At least he won't get burned deep for a TD as often.

well Im from the 'Cuse and let me tell you. I hope I am wrong but I watched him for 4 years and he was the most overrated player I have ever seen. He has a lot of speed and quickness but could never seem to control it. Hopefully Nick will use his coaching talents to develope this guy.
