Waddle was the right pick for us

Tua to Parker/Waddle = Marino to Duper/Clayton?

Maybe not, but an unlikely possibility is there if only Parker wasn't as old.

This is just a random thought...do not take seriously.
I think the biggest impediment to that is just Parker's frequent health issues that keep him from taking the field with the same athleticism as he did today. If both those guys stay healthy I'm not envying any team that has to take care of two guys with that kind of physical talent on the same offense.

All he needs is a QB and he has the skills to dominate for years to come. Look at Chase in Cincinnati, he's going to be a Hall of Famer with Burrow throwing him passed for the next decade.

Waddle did a good job today. As small of a thing as it might seem that play he made squeezing into the end zone when there was hardly even a window to do so may have been the difference in a one point game. While its likely we still score a TD without that play, its not a given, and that's a play that only guys with tremendous athleticism can make.
Correct! Grant does not get that ball in the end zone!

Not even close, delusional! Tua should never be in the same sentence as Marino

If Tua doest have time to set up for deep throws, then we can just move the ball as we are currently.

For those so called experts that said that Waddle didn’t care about box scores and was too busy getting ready…

Clearly you don’t know how this whole football things works. These dudes are competitive

Tua doesn’t have the arm for deep throws. He under threw Waddle, Wilson and Parker. Then who the **** was he throwing to when he sailed the ball out of bounds. Tua got shown up by a rookie today. Mac is far better and now we have to deal with Mac over the next 17 years.

We actually managed to find the opportunity to push the ball downfield and forcing the other team to play honest coverage was a big factor in the game. What this team can't do is get the ball down the field when the opponent knows we need to get the ball downfield - we just can't give that kind of protection on downs like third and long.
