We all know that all of our 53 that make it wont be all the 53 that played on this team in the preseason, Who will be waived that we will pick up , to improve our 53???????????

We need ST players..help big time.. the ol is fine with a game plan installed, we've been playing the same plays all ps..

depends on whose available. Last year we got Culver who was a good pickup and Brandon London (Nate Garner was a backup, and Joey Haynos was picked up later as was Erik Walden).

I could see us go for OL depth or maybe a different FB (we did go through 3 others before getting to Polite last year)

Big difference from last year -- we had #1 rights on all waived players. We're way done the list this year...

Am I the only one who thinks Matt Jones would be a nice pick up? Big possession WR with speed, college QB would be a nice plug in in the Wildcat.

Just watched the Browns and Bears game take either of their KR's if released.

wouldn't mind seeing tony pashos from the jags coming down, as long as he took about a 2 mil. paycut. we could use help at st, kind of depends on how our 53 rounds out, how many wrs, rbs, we keep what we do with roth and other lbs, ect..

Only problem I have with this is:

1. He has had numberous off the field issues.

2. Do we really need to waste another roster spot on another possession WR??

3. We have Ginn, Brown, Williams, White, etc. that can throw out of the Wildcat.

One of the few.

On July 10, 2008 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jones was arrested at gunpoint and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.[2]
Jones and one other former Arkansas football player, Jared Hicks, along with another person, Benjamin Cook, were inside a vehicle that was searched by police. The police found a plastic bag filled with six grams of a white substance that tested positive as cocaine and a jar with possible marijuana residue. Officers questioned Jones and he acknowledged the white powder was, in fact, cocaine, the report said. This incident led to Jones acquiring the moniker, "Phil Coke."

Now I'm waiting for Fishy Pete to come in and defend this clown.

4. Joey Porter hates him with a passion.

How about a whole new #2 OL? Whoever said we could trade NDukwe and Alleman because we had "depth" was flat out wrong. Our second string line sucks...we will be bringing someone in...

Expect a trade more than a waiver pickup due to the position the Dolphins are in at 25th on the waiver wire priority list.

I'm predicting a trade with Dallas for Pat McQuistan as our swing tackle. Gardner looks very raw and I'm not sure he would be capable as our swing backup tackle. Nate Garner has lost all of his momentum since mini camps.
