wallace/hartline/clay vs crabtree/stills/cameron

Well break it down

Wallace over crabtree
Stills over Hartline
Cameron over Clay (if healthy)

You take a risk on health with this year's group. But i don't think Crabtree is the last WR added. So we'll see. And of course he might not be added

Stills crabtree and Cameron especially if you include all the money you save with those guys compared to the other three we had.

The former 3 costed too much money for their production so I'm good with moving on from those 3.

Ozzy rules !!

Crabtree has more upside then Hartline in YAC -

Stills has an exponentially better cap number then Wallace - additionally Stills is not stinking up the air like Wallace as a malcontent.

Cameron is bigger and stronger and a better catcher then and route runner then Clay - more affordable too.

Miami did great with this.

We need to do more - and we have the money to do so.

People are trying to judge now what cannot be judged until the roster is solidified more.

Miami will add many more players - and we now have the $ to do so...

Good players shake lose because of the influx of inexpensive rookies - so WE all need to chill and let this mosaic form a bit more.

In terms of availability (health) the first group wins by a landslide. In terms of production you're looking at 15 TDs in the first group vs. 9 TDs in the second group.

I'll take the first group.

Not to pigeon hole players to roles, but my immediate reaction is.

Speed Role: Wallace v Stills - I'd take Stills. Stills = Younger, cheaper. Wallace = bad team mate.

Complementary Receiver: Hartline v Crabtree - I'd take Crabtree. Not being facetious or mean but Crabtree will likely stay on his feet more.

TE: Clay v Cameron: I'd say a wash, but lean towards Clay. Both have injury concerns with Cameron's being potentially more concerning.

If you take the 1 group, its solely for Wallace... as he's responsible for 2/3 of that group's TDs... And Wallace wore out his welcome here so...

i like Cameron better for this offense, and the fact our biggest weakness on offense was red zone success...

It's the same every year: the players that leave the Fins are put on a pedestal as if they were some all-time greats. The fact is that neither of those players has seen the playoffs while with the Fins so at this point in time I don't care if their replacements are better or not. I'm just glad we're trying something different.
