I have been replaying a couple games from this year and a lot of celebrations/hanging around these 2 seem to have hit it off.....

Wallace doesnt seem to be anywhere near as close to the other WR's on the team as he is with Landry

its just my 2 cents and kind of a observation that i am noticing thought i would share with the rest of fin heaven.

Considering they are the two most talented WR's on the roster it doesn't surprise me. It's good to see Wallace taking an active role as a leader for the WR group. Someone has to step up and be the alpha male. Wallace has really surprised me with the way he has initiated contact with DB's this year and going for the extra yard. So much to say as it also looks like some of Landry's toughness and desire has rubbed off on Wallace as well. Hopefully they are both having a positive affect on each other.

I was thinking the same thing....hopefully some of Landry inspires and influences Wallace.

I think Mike realizes he's probably going to be here next year the way he's playing right now, and that Brandon Gibson probably won't be, the way he is playing right now.

I think the three best WRs on the roster are Wallace, Landry and Matthews. Hartline and Gibson fight it out for 4th and 5th, especially in this offense.

Miami needs to pick up a physical go-to WR and a truly talented Sammy Watkins type in the offseason. Add that to Wallace and Landry and see what happens.

Miami also needs a playmaker TE who can own the redzone and big time threaten Ds in the passing game.

Miami also needs Reggie Bush back, lol.

Add all those things and this offense scores 30 points at will, no matter who the opponent. And makes the playoffs, with potential for more.

Even in Pittsburgh, Mike was always a guy that needs to be involved early to get the most out of him. It doesn't mean he doesn't play hard, but he doesn't like being a decoy like he was last year. Todd Haley tried that Wallace's final year in Pittsburgh a few times and Wallace hated it.

I think that is the point...I don't think Wallace was all that happy last year. He wasn't used correctly, him and Tannehill couldn't get on the same page...

It may seem like he's a different player, but it just may be he is a much happier player.

Wallace has surprised me this year. He seems to want it more this year, making tough plays. Good to see him taking somewhat of a leadership mentor role too

What I like is Moreno's toughness in the first gme has started to spread, to Miller and Thomas, to Wallace, Landry and even Matthews. Guys are fighting for the extra yards on every catch. If Clay can get healthy over these two weeks and become more of a weapon again, that would be great. Hartline, yes he broke a tackle last game, but damn he just seems to always find the ground on every catch. I don't mind Gibson but If I look at creating cap space next year, Hartline, Gibson and Ellerbe are the three easiest to get rid of based on their play. Though Ryan targeted Hartline more and the offense got moving, maybe there is something to that as well.

It appears that Landry has affected Wallace more than the other way around. Wallace has found some fight and fire....something Landry has innate in him.

Now only if we can teach that trick to Hartline. The falling to the ground stuff immediately after catching the ball is overrated at this point.

It's not that Wallace is playing different, it's just he's finally being used how he is capable of being used.

Sherman didn't use Wallace well at all. Lazor is using him very creatively, and imo we haven'e even seen the best out of Wallace yet.
