I imagine it will just be fines. However it won't happen until the Falcons lose a draft pick and are fined for pumping noise into their stadium.
 
Roger Goodell will accept a demotion to become the pats full time ball boy.
 
Well considering 1 football was 2lb's,under 4 were less then a LB and the rest were just a touch under 12.5.A minor fine with be put on the Pats!Maybe a loss of comp picks if they receive any this year!

I doubt the Pats get any kind of significant penalty. Goodell doesn't seem all that interested in doing anything. I'd make a bet but I'm saving my vCash for a new vCar.
 
I predict that league legal whore Ted Wells will come back with a report full of lots of smoke but little or no fire.

To wit: instead of pointing fingers of blame, he will conclude that the "extensive" investigation proved inconclusive and then as if to validate his BS, make a host of needless recommendations for the league to adopt regarding ball security. Just like he's being paid to do.

On the basis of inconclusive findings, Goodell will apologize to his butt buddy Kraft due to the absense of "definitive" findings, and then true to form, in reciprocity, Kraft will seed Goodell's "retirement" fund with a few million more through about 5 untraceable intermediate offshore transfers.
