I guess they think our defense is really not that bad and brady had a lot to do with it :hump:
and the offense looks improved well at least henne and the air attack...:lol2:

Depends on the Power Rankings you look at. On PFT, we fell 2 places.

All these opinions about players & teams don't matter ... they have to show it on the field.

I'm thankful about 2 things I was durn tired of!!! ... Henne showed improvement with potential ... and the opposing D isn't stacking the box on us the whole game. (Mark my words, the Jets will TRY!!)

BTW, NE stacked it on us like last year at the beginning ... Henne backed them right off of that the rest of the game.
Plenty of other problems, but with a QB there is HOPE & its easier to fix the other things!! lol

I don't pay attention to power rankings, and I don't even know what website or media outlet you are referring to. Moving up despite a loss is very understandable. The defense laid a big egg but Henne shredded a good Patriots offense. Since the same defense was very good last year it is safe to say the defense had a bad night and is not the norm. The new offense seems to also be much improved, so you can see why people are moving them up after a loss.

Well, figuring most power rankings had us low because of Henne, his performance was a huge bright spot for us. I would expect most experts to see through the stats of the night and know our secondary is by far not the worst in the league. WE still should be ranked higher.

Our biggest perceived flaw(by the national media) was Henne and the offense...that question has been answered from preseason through the NE performance.
The defense will get a pass based on the street cred that Nolan brings. We layed an egg because of NE superiority and a lack of stamina, execution, and aggressiveness.
I think were should be ranked a little bit higher, in the mid teens despite the loss. The rankings mean nothing, the standings mean everything.

the only power ranking that matters to me is the playoff one and then go from there.
