This is my first post though I have followed the posts of its members for months. I have been a fins fan for years and happy to join this forum. Although, I didn't watch the press conference to notice his tone, he always seems down. I'm not bashing him, but if you always seem depressed whether after a win or a lose then it affects the team and you'll always be a loser. He should've not only have been proud and give credit to the performance of his defense, which kept them in the game but also his makeshift offense that continues to change only getting better during the press conf. and in the locker room. What makes guys like Dungy, Gruden, Parcells...winners is because he rallys his teams with motivation speeches week-in and week-out. He's also a loser because he's never resolute about anything except running the ball. Feeley outperformed Feidler plain and simple statswise even though i didn't see the game for the defensive schemes against fielder as opposed to feeley. He should clearly name the starter there instead he remains loyal to fiedler and has to sleep over it. Football is a game about luck and momentum if we could shut down chris brown from that run, made the fg, have calls not go against us, and the miscommuntion in the int, then this game would have been different.
Don't get me wrong, I like Wanny as something are easier said then done since he's the one who is paid the $$$ and has the hugh pressure but sometimes who have do whats best for the team and not be passive/conservative in the offense to save your job. It's only week one and not the end of the season, lets try to show all the naysayers and haters, who have wrote us off, what we're capable of one week at a time.
One note, Feidler is a cancer for displaying his anger for being benched to the public, why couldn't he be like Kitna and be content to help the team even if its on the bench.
