I was listening to talk radio this a.m and the host was slamming wanny. spoke on how he had all the camps, pre-season and this clown still does not know who to start at qb, interesting. My vote is promote sage to 2nd string and make feely the starter perm. which would leave the qb (I won't say his name) offical clipboard holder.

Amen Brother! :hi5:

I agree with making Feeley the perm. starter, but as for Sage being #2, um...no. Fiedler is probably the best #2 in the league IMO.

Fiedler is possibly the second best backup in the league, but Kitna is clearly better than he is.

Was that Colin Cowherd??

Feeley as the starter.. and fiedler as the backup give us one of the best backup QBs in the league... sage will never get a real shot in this league

I like Jay as back-up and I'd much prefer Wanny as waterboy. But he'd probably screw that up too.

Couldnt u see a Lamar Gordon sweep coming to the sidelines wipeing out the table with the gatorade jugs on it and the cups, and Wanny standing there with that face he gets in the 4th quarter when he doesnt know what to do. :goof:

I wouldn't want (Eli) Manning, Collins, or Rivers ahead of Fiedler. The only one close IMHO is Collins, and I have literally never seen him have a good game. At least I know Jay can do things like he did against the Cowboys and Redskins. The other guys will probably be better than Jay some day, but we need the steady hand now even if that means it's also the less physically talented one.

I'd take Patrick Ramsey, Rivers, Kitna or Detmer over Fiedler, but he would be an excellent backup. Mainly because he's had WAY more gametime experience than most backups should ever have, courtesy of one Dave Wannstedt.

I really hope Dave allows Feeley to go through a few growing pains without yanking him, because he will make mistakes from time to time. It will severely stunt his growth as a QB if he's hesitant and passive because his head coach will go into a seizure after every "rookie" mistake.

If we do the QB shuffle all year, the end result will be disastrous. Chicago Bear, 3-13 type disastrous.

Use your head, Dave.

The Minnesota game before the Super Bowl in which they were destroyed by a team that I absolutely hate in Baltimore.
