Interesting. The guy had some gall. Having a party in the locker room after his last Chicago game (before he was fired).
I wonder if he'll do the same after the Jet's game.

On December 27th, Chicago was hosting Green Bay in the season finale. The feeling on the street was that this was a make or break game for Wannstedt. Rumors had been circulating that the McCaskey family was not happy to see a half-filled Soldier Field, with most of the fans being those of the opposition's.

Didn't seem like a "party" to me (the way I read it). Even the author said it was a "goodbye of sorts". They knew they were done. So the coaches sat around and ate.

Don't make it out like they were celebrating losing. It's ok to lose and still be nice to other people. Brotherhood shouldn't be dependent on winning and losing.
