Since we have a Worst Fiedler play i have started a worst wanny call thread. I wanted to see what people thought was the worst coaching gaf he made in his painful tenure as the fins coach. I am talking a decision in a game not a roster move so the ricky trade does not count but u can mention a trade as an addition.

Mine is Wanny passing on 3 strait plays at the end of the NE game with 1 min left wen ricky had ran for 180 yards

To agree to be the Dolphins head coach....after that, almost all of his personnel decisions were boneheaded. I had no faith in the guy from day one.

telling boston to preatice when boston said his nee hurts...we all knows what happen next

wanny's worst call was the one he took when wayne phoned him about taking the dolphins job. just terrible.

Everything from the moment JJ brought him in, Wanny threads should be put on the same boat as Ricky threads, and shiped out forever!!!

IT'S ALL ABOUT SABAN!!! AND TOUCHDOWN RONNIE BROWN!!!

Having input in personnel acquisition. Not insisting the franchise found someone superior to Spielman in the same regard.

In terms of game decisions, I distinctly remember the abuse of the fade play to Gadsden, long after opponents had figured it out. Especially our division opponents. IMO the fade is the most worthless play in football, other than the squib kickoff. A fade virtually concedes you can't think of, or execute, anything else. Then we got the cute idea to start faking the fade to Gadsden and throwing elsewhere. Duh. Did we really think our division opponents weren't long prepared for that? Probably a full year before we thought of it. Against the Jets in the Meadowlands a few years ago we tried the fake the fade and in turned into the most predictable interception of all time. I called the play and the INT before it happened, at the Imperial Palace sportsbook.

picking up the phone when JJ called looking for an assistant to take over the next year.

How about this...

First down: Run up the middle
Second down: Run up the middle
Third down: Run up the middle
Fourth down: Punt. Again.

Next series: See above
