This team does not need a Rookie, Inexperienced or Has-Been QB leading the way. Our Defense is fantastic but our offense needs help. I still think Jay can get the job done and agree with Griese supporters that anyone would have fumbled after taking the hits Brian was taking...as proven today.
This O-line is the problem. They can't pass protect, run block or even fall on fumbles. Groom Sage, keep Jay, dump Brian, and spend the money on our front line.
We may have one year left with the best D we've had in many years. Don't waste that year grooming a new QB.
