Was BUSH 1st choice in free agency?or Bradshaw?

Thanks for nothing guys you still haven't answered my question...I want to know If Bush was plan B...it would just make me feel a whole lot better that we went in free agency targeting Bush as priority number 1...So was Bradshaw just a rumor? And we wanted bush all along?

Imo they do it like they do the draft. They probably had a list of guys who could do what they wanted, knew what they wanted to spend, and weighed risk and reward. I'm sure Williams and Bradshaw were the top two because, if they agreed to Miami's terms (a similar deal to Reggie's) then the Fins wouldn't have had to compensate their former teams. I'm positive that Bush was third (or maybe second if Williams wasn't considered attainable) but I think that had more to do with the pick rather than Reggie...

bradshaw got 4 years $18 mil $9 mil guaranteed...in todays nfl market that was an absolute bargain for the g men

I know he got that. That wasn't his asking price in FA. He gave them a deal to go back. He waned 8-9 million from us
