I know that we are hearing that Sparano will most likely bring in Bowles or Pasquloni (sp) as our new DC. I guess my question is, wasn't it well known that the Dallas defense was their weak spot this year?

To be honest I didn't really pay to much attention to the Cowboy's this year, so I don't know the answer to my question, I'm just not sure how I feel about ethier of those guy's. I know that our whole team needs improvement from last year but especially our defense so I think that bringing in the right guy w/a proven track record is extremely important b/c Sparano is an offensive minded guy and will handle the offense.

I want Rex Ryan as our d-coordinator. Like you said, the guy is a proven coach who knows the defensive side of the ball. Imagine the Ravens D running around in aqua and orange. I wouldn't mind that at all...

They had alot of injuries in thier secondary which was the weak point of thier defense. They have tons of talent and depth in thier front seven. I guess if it came out to what was more of a weak spot between offense and defense, it would be the defense but despite being a weak spot it's still a top 5 defense in the NFL.

they were 9th in total, but 20th in scoring. 13th in passing, and 6th in rushing... Overall respectable numbers except for the scoring D. I think a big part of this is because Roy williams is one of the most overrated players in the league

Dallas was 9th in total defense and 13th in scoring defense. They also forced 19 interceptions, which is pretty good.

THANK YOU! I hate how everyone here in N.C. is so high on Roy Williams. I've seen him get TORCHED in coverage on numerous occasions...

The other weak spot besides Williams being Jacques Reeves

Thanks for the stats, I really wasn't sure, how they did I just remember hearng that a weak spot could be thier D. If the secondary was the weaker part of there D then wouldn't we want to stay away from Bowles who is the DB coach.

he gets totally torched in pass coverage and really isnt any good against the run because he gets beat all the time, hence the reason he needs to play dirty and like a jack*** and needs to horsecollar. I dont understand how he gets voted to the probowl... Oh wait, I know, because PB doesnt stand for probowl, it stands for Popularity Bowl!
