I haven't been able to get on here since Sunday. I guess this site gets packed during game time and such.

But. I see the poll stating if the dolphins have showed improvement in week 3.

I think we have. We're not there yet. But as the title states....

WE ARE GETTING BETTER.

to prove my thesis.

Our Rushing Game against the titans are as follows.
(Does not include Culpeppers' 5 rushes for 7 yards and 1 Td) ''which are usually him trying to avoid sacks)

R. Brown 26-90
Chambers 1-39
Booker 1-18
Lee Suggs 2-7

A TOTAL OF 154 yards on 30 Rushes which equals 5.13 yards a rush.
....But no touchdowns. That's not bad if you ask me.

Another thing to be happy about is that culpepper did not throw an INT, and has had a stellar completion percentage as well. I am not thrilled with Culpepper so far, but after 3 games, he has put up good yardage, at least alot better than some of the 86-115 yard passing games that Fielder, Frerotte, and Feeley used to put up sometimes!!

LET'S GO PHINS!!!! :dolphins:

can i just note we played the TENNESEE TITANS....and we only won by 3...they couldve/shouldve easily put up 45 points on us.

ehhh... 1 lucky fumble, a penalty, and 4 overthrown recievers gave us that win. I believed we were simply outplayed.

very good observation............................the fumble WAS caused by the defender in some way...not just the reciever. :dolphins:

That still leaves 1 penalty and 4 overthrown recievers

A win is a win. We cant control wh is on the schedule, we just needed to prepare properly for the tennessee titans and we did. sure, we got some lucky breaks, but what win doesnt invole a little luck. we still improved on offense, caused some turnovers.

I think it's good we played Tenn and Hou next. I hope the team can improve in time for the division games

we are getting better and honestly i cant see how everyone keeps ragging our oline for not blocking i counted 4 occasions against tennessee when duante held the ball for over 8 seconds. no matter who we bring in or what scheme we use theres no way our line can give duante 30 minutes to throw the ball

Ok!!

What about our def pass interfirience, which by the way was the only way they make the td, and all our penalties?, why put the other team mistakes and not our too?, do you have a hidden porpuse pointing out only their mistakes?. I beleive that in a game you go with 2 sacks one to give and the other to receive, that is part of the game and the one who gave less have more oportunities to win the game. GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

Well!!

4 times in the entire game, you know that's a lot of times, 1 per quarter great ,in one quarter DC have one oportunity to make one play, that's what an ol should be doing, gave the qb one break per quarter and the rest of the quarter make him run for his life. Most SB teams have live like that before wining the sb.
About the Dolphins getting better, i will say the true, NOT WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY BETTER, in anycase ,we are getting worse. After the 2 interception DC is afraid to throw the dame ball(yes he has not throw an interception, but he has not past for even 200 yds) RB has not found a line to run throw, every yard he has gaine has been for himself(no help from the ol) Mularky offense is to predictable. I can go on and on and on, this team need to be shaken really bad and the problen is tha Nick is in a point that he is trying to hard an is getting nothing, he should relax and star looking things outsite the box.GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

Agreed. We have not played well and need a couple of wins to get confidence and momentum, pretty or not we need another W Sunday.

Exactly..

We have time to star to get better, but time is running out cause the season is short, I will not be mad if we loss to Houston but what i want is for the Dolphins to star understanding Nick philosofy in ofense and defense, and i'm not talking only to the players, i'm talking to the coaching staff too. GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

Ps we need to beat the patsies for real, i will be so piss## if we don't

Ok, so we're getting better.. we won against Tennessee, probably will beat the Texans and could very well be tied for 1st place in the East..

Then comes NE and NY, we lose both games, we're in the cellar again... but you can post all you want about the team getting better...

However, in reality, the Dolphins arent a very good team and is going to get killed by any offensive that has an accurate QB and that can hit the open receiver.. because our defensive secondary (and linebackers) can not cover the opponets and has already given up 5 TD catches which ties them for the 8th worse team in the league...

In reality, between Buffalo, Tenn and Pitts.. our defense should have easily given up over 100 points already...

In reality, the offense has struggled to put up as many points as they have... 36, which averages a measley 12 points per game and is 27th on the list..

In reality... Culpepper has been sacked 15 times.. in reality, there has been 5 turnovers with one resulting in a TD..

In reality, Culpep has a QB rating of 73, Ronnie Brown is 19th on the list, in reality the oppenents Miami has played has a combined record of 2 wins and 7 losses...

In reality we've won only 1 game.. the team struggled and had a lot of luck to get the win against a team that is by far the worst in the entire NFL...

So will you please tell me again how we're getting better when the only wins by our oppenents has came against us??
