We are so blessed to have him

Many times over the past twenty years I was torn between wanting a young, up-and-coming coach with coordinator experience, or a long experienced HC with the ability to improve the culture through reputation and discipline.

Starting to look like we got a fine balance of both.
 
These past two years with Flores coaching have been two of the most enjoyable years I have had watching Dolphins football. He seems to value the type of team I enjoy watching the most: high character guys who are dedicated to their craft and leave it all on the field. More than ever, I hope this is the start of a long and successful head coaching career.

If he continues to coach this way and the team continue to target those kinds of guys then the team should always be competitive.
