I think alot of people seem to be overlooking what was said during the draft. The Texans were SET to pick him at number 10. While you can continue to disagree with the pick, dont use the excuse that the Phins could have traded down and still gotten Ginn.

So what, we would have Quinn and gotten a better WR in the 2nd. Why is EVERYONE in such AWE over this guy. He is just another Dante Hall. :tantrum: :fire:

the reality is we wont know who he is until after the season.

what proof do you have of that?

Did you watch him in college?
Did you watch the Championship game?
Did you see his 40 time?
Did you the blaring need in our return game?
Did you see what Hester did for the Bears last year?

This guy would of easily been a solid pick if not for the foot sprain.
I think everyone is thinking of yatil green, but this guy is so much better!!!!

Dante Hall was drafted as a running back coming out of Texas A&M not as a wide receiver. This alone voids any comparisons of the two.

Who is better than Ginn? No second tier WR that's who! Beck is a more complete QB than Quinn. Quinn was just hyped up.

Why is EVERYONE in such AWE over Quinn? Or maybe they're really not. As he was picked at the #22 spot. And even then, CLE only did that because they were dumb enough to think that we were trying to do the same.

With the amount of hot air hype I have witnessed over Brady Quinn leading up to this draft, It shouldn't have mattered that some teams were OK at quarterback. They should have picked that Goldenboy, Godlike, Savior if he was "All That".

you do realize quin wouldnt have started this season anyway right. Hes way to inaccurate and raw. So we got a comprable qb with a good skill set that we can coach up a year., But oh yeah we didnt have to break the bank because at 9 quin would be gettibg qb money

Skapephin as you and I been long phin members in here, these new people won't realize a lot of things.

We are provided here with an extreme play maker. He actualy uses his hands to catch balls and has amazing acceleration off the line.

Besides, there was no one to trade with! The only trade was Dallas to Cleveland and that was only because we passed on Quinn in the first place. The only other receiver taken was in the late first round early second.
