I never would have imagined that FinHeaven would have such a loyal fan base. However, after the past week I am truly honored. I really don't know how to thank you guys more, but when I can... I'll try my hardest to get something for ya.
I want to thank awing_pilot for going the extra distance in trying to get some money together. I want to think everyone who offered to donate any amount of money to help us get the 790 Radio deal.
I want to especially thank a, well, slightly more quiet member - GRT8. He has donated the money needed to do the 790 The Ticket Radio deal in exchange for a pair of tickets to the Dolphins Home Opener, which I'm working on right now.
GRT8 will be overnighting the check on Wednesday night, so I can quickly pay off the 790 crew. However, because of their trust in me, they are starting the campaign today for us. I also got them to throw a banner ad on their Sponsor's page here: http://www.790theticket.com/main.cfm?do=station&item=sponsors
This is a huge thing for FinHeaven... simply huge. I'll let you know how the results come in... but it's a big deal. The only "to note" is that we aren't sponsoring the OJ McDuffie show, instead we're doing the Jeff DeForest show... since OJ was already bought. IMO, Jeff may be a better buy because we're getting advertisements during training camp (the day) and then at night during the DeFo show.
