We didn't actually "tamper" with Suh last year when we pursued him, did we?

Seems the league has a problem with the way the Chiefs courted Jeremy Maclin last year in free agency. I remember there was talk that we had Suh all but signed like three days before free agency started. I seem to remember us sweating it for a bit, but thought ultimately nothing would come of it. Still that way, correct?

Chiefs will surrender a 3rd rounder this year and a 6th next year, ouch! Some fines in there too.

I think he's asking if the Chiefs got punished today for tampering last year is there a chance Miami gets hit or tampering with Suh?

I think if that were the case they would have announced sanctions at the same time they announced the Chiefs.
