Why did we depart from the wildcat we use all season? we didnt use it much, and when we did, it wasn't the same wildcat with ricky and ronnie on the field at the same time. Ricky was on the sidelines when ronnie was running the wildcat, or vice versa barely any reverse fakes....

we are known for running long drives eating the clock away and scoring.. if we did that even once or twice today, eating up a whole quarter, we win the game.... i have no idea what happen out there

Dan Henning!! he's gotta go!....as pissed as I was watching that entire 2nd half of terrible play by us....when we SHOULD have run the ball ie: whole 2nd half...we didn't...why tf..would you abandon the play that had us up 24-3 and all of a sudden...LIKE ALWAYS....stop doing it??? other teams STILL have no "real" clue on how to fully stop the Wildcat so......orrr...is the NFL full of "mostly" stupid individuals in not being able to pick up the Wildcat???......hmmmm...makes most wonder!

Probably because the Wildcat didn't give the team the desired effects we thought it would.

Yes, we should've ran the ball more late in the game, but I honestly believe we used the wildcat too much late. It through off the timing of the offense it seemed, and we tended to run for negative yards a lot late.

To answer your question, we used the Wildcat less because we weren't getting the 7 to 8 yards we usually get off of it, and thus it was working just as well as a normal run up the middle would, which pretty much negates the jump start that kind of offense should give us.

i had no idea why we throwing the ball over and over in the 3rd and 4th quarter when the dolphins were WINNING....

RUN THE DAMN BALL WITH WILDCAT AND EAT UP QUARTERS

MAKE THEM RUN OUT OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you didn't read my post correctly.

They ran a DIFFERENT wildcat than we normally run.

Ricky and Ronnie only had 1 or 2 wildcat plays together.

Most of the others, there was ZERO reverse motion plays. it sucked

It was a DIFFERENT wildcat than we are used to playing. thats what I meant. Ricky and Ronnie did not play on the field together in the wildcat like in the jets games

The fake hand offs and lack of men in motion really makes little difference. It still ultimately comes down to whether the O-Line can get the push needed at the LOS, and it didn't. No reverses would've changed that fact.

The whole point of the wildcat is to try and fake defenders out and with either ronnie or ricky running it alone it's as good as a little or no gain.

the reverses ARE HUGE

it forces defenses to keep an eye on Ricky Williams as he runs a reverse. they dont know if ronnie is gonna give it or keep it

its PROVEN that it is IMPORTANT TO THE WILDCAT!!! i dont know why they changed it

im just CONFUSED AND BEWILDEREEEEEEEEDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY o why in an important game do they change it and NOT EVEN GO BACK TO OUR REGULAR WILDCAT to win the game

im just confused what the hell happen to our wildcat package. they didn't use the same wildcat we always use

not sure but to me it seem like the saints had slowed down the wildcat considerably hence why they were trying to throw more, they were bringing the safeties up and vilma was a beast stuffing them
