We do not need an Oline

I think he means the 4 dolphins helmets on
1 defender at top of screen resulting in a sack safety

Oh yes, I know that. Sorry, I was being a little opaque because it was late and I'm stupid. IMO, part of the problem is that Chris Grier loves drafting and signing players who are dumber than a box of rocks.

No argument there our LB play has been trash for years

Is this a new topic that hasnt been discussed in 800 oher threads in the last 2 weeks

I wish we could have found money to sign Robert Hunt
He is blowing up defenders for Carolina now like he use to for us , oh yea back when we had a running game.

People should watch other games around the NFL and learn that every NFL QB is pressured. Fans who keep blaming the Dolphins OL play don't know what they're talking about.
Every QB is pressured. The sky is blue. Getting your balls tongued feels good.

Now that we've discussed obvious things, let's attempt to dig like one scoop deeper into the dungheap. Every qb is pressured, yes. But how much time do they get before that pressure? I don't have a special account that gives that data, but maybe someone here does? My eyes aren't in the habit of lying to me (except for that time I thought this chick was hot but then I crossed the street and realized it was a mailbox). I see that pressure getting to our QB in like 2 seconds every damn snap. I can't remember seeing a Miami QB getting 4 seconds.

I don't consider myself an expert, but I must rebuke the notion that I don't know what I'm talking about when I say the protection the line is providing for our QBs is subpar at best, and probably amongst the worst. I've been telling anyone who will listen (meaning my dogs and the frog I found) that Tua has masked how bad it is with his insanely quick throws. We also lost a couple players after last year, and even with him back there (before he forgot that sliding is what QBs do when facing a defender) it was not looking great.

“I know it when I see it”

—Justice Porter Stewart

The Oline Miami has had the last three years has been crap. Like Stewart on obscenity, I’ve been around long enough to know what a good Oline looks like when I see it.

Everytime I say Miami’s Oline is no good, too many to count jump forward to say it’s ok and it’s “solid enough”.

It isn’t. Hasn’t been. Won’t be.

We need a new Oline. Mean mofos. Nasty. Like the hogs.

It’s possible the current players could be that group, but they need to change their attitudes about the game and how it is to be played.

And to think people were calling us bad fans for pointing this out. It was so apparent that it was a problem. They completely ignored it in the draft.

Our 2nd round pick was a left tackle i believe however i do agree we should have done more in free agency to help the O line
