Fox sports NFL ranking out today has us at 20 (0-2) and Denver at 21 (2-0) .Good thing we get no respect.

I concur. If Manning had more time on offense, I bet he would score 50 points...

I think he's saying we do get some respect, being ranked higher than a 2-0 team.
I think that's about right for where *we* should be. Denver, however, is getting no respect at all. They got lucky in their first game, but Josh McDaniels clearly has them playing over their heads...a phenomenon we're quite familiar with.
No respect? I thought the Monday night announcers went out of their way last night to slobber all over the Dolphins. I have no idea how we can complain about media slant for the rest of the season, after that comedy act. It's was the most absurd I've ever seen.
I kept checking the scoreboard. We never led by more than 7, and that was only once, and briefly. At no point did we ever look likely to stop Manning, if it mattered. Yet words like domination were flowing from the ESPN announcers like it was an SEC non conference home opener.

...And if Miami had used a little more urgency in their play at the end, Miami would have won.....Could of...should of....would of.
There is a reason Payton got so little time on offense, it it was because Miami kept him there, they played a great game on offense until the last 3 and a half minutes.
The defense still has a big problem covering TEs, and until that is fixed, Miami defense will not be very reliable.

The Denver Donkey's won their first game over the Bengals on a lucky tipped pass that got run in for the game winning TD....then they beat the Browns. People here in Colorado act like the Broncos are a great team, when they haven't played anyone. Next they face the Raiders, another cupcake. I think the Phins are a better team then Denver but we have a way harder schedule.
They're this year's Dolphins.
