This is best young group of playmakers we've had in a while. The future could be bright if we get a few more of the right pieces. With Parker, Landry, Ajayi, McCain, Phillips, and along with Suh. If we can get a stud mlb, a qb. I'll think will turn the corner. Nice to gets win. Finally
 
Some nice players to be sure. We probably have a few more that could do better with the right staff.
WE need a coaching staff to create the right identity and scheme to utilize these players. Power offensive Football/ Aggressive feisty defense .
 
All we need is a linebacker, two corners, one or possibly two guards, a QB, a decent TE, Albert to remain healthy next year, a safety and a new coaching staff.

We are well on our way.

We can make a huge jump offensively with just one change. Get a real QB. If we get a competent offense, we can win some games. Get a QB one way or another and it would not hurt to get a good LG in free agency.

We have some players to work with in Parker, Landry, and Ajayi. The OL is better than people give it credit for. Albert is a monster, Pouncey is good, and James is good. The key is staying healthy in those spots.

Defensively, with Suh and Jones as anchors, we have the makings of a great defense. Phillips could be a stud. We need to replace Wake. We need another good CB. A safety opposite Jones would be nice. But, most importantly, we need a MLB. If we can draft heavy on defense and find a QB, we can make some noise.
 
lol! Yeah, let's get a QB! No problem. It took us 13 years to find someone adequate in Tannehill, and we're just gonna go "get a QB". No problem.

i think that may be why inspite of the fact the Balt pass D was awful coming in, we went w an approach or mindset to play a ground it out game. I really felt at times like I was watching our '82 team. The parallels were scary similar in every phase of the game.

O-line is good huh? Lol what a nonsense post. Guards suck something terrible. Jason Fox and not James is playing and a terrible player.
 
Hickey is the only person that does his job correctly in that organization.

Goddamn that **** goes back at least 10 years at this point
 
The future doesn't look as bad as it seems. There is some real talent and better coaching would make some of these fringe players better.
 
O-line needs addressing before QB.

I liked what the young guys did. That's exactly why we got Parker, to make plays like that. Phillips has looked really good at times this season, which I'm pleasantly surprised by. We'll need to grab some more young guys in the draft and hope that they grow up real fast now.

We can pickup a journeyman like Ryan Fitzpatrick while we groom the next QB.. In fact, Fitzpatrick looks significantly better than Tannehill right now.

We waited 13 years to have a below .500 record nearly 4 years into the Tanehill regime? Shows you how far this once glorious franchise has fallen. Let's test him until 2020 to ensure we don't make the playoffs this decade.

What QB are you planning to groom? Another second round gem like Chad Henne with all the prototypical tools?
