Although T bumm is still around I have to think our coaching staff had influence in this years draft. Our oline seems to be solved, cb was addressed to the satisfaction of our new DC. Appears we have a solid wr core and we have a pretty good rb to go with Ajayi.
If we make the playoffs this season will be a success.

Too bad we needed a LB when all the talented ones decided to take on career threatening injury risks.

After 30 years of being a finfan, I have never seen this team draft as many players as I know, like and want on my team. I was at work and every time I checked my phone for update its like Christmas day.. getting everything you wanted.

I agree. I am 46. Outside of the Marino draft (solely because of Marino), this draft was awesome IMO.

Carroo is a stud.

Drake, unlike the other Alabama RB's that come out with 50000 carries, still has fresh legs....

Grant, gosh I hope this kid makes the team....the LSU highlights alone have me amped.

Doughty? Local Miami kid that's cool with Marino, NFL size body, AND he threw for a gajillion yards...he could possibly beat out Moore and Thomas for a roster spot.

Tunsil.....NUMBER ONE PLAYER IN THE DRAFT OUTSIDE OF QB....and we got him at 13.....wow.

Duarte, I was hoping that we would get this kid....Dion Sims, this is your last year to show your worth, if not, Duarte is coming for you.

Xavier? I don't know much about him. Not too high on his kid but maybe Vance can coach him up.

The other late round corner from Penn State, I doubt he makes the team...but out of the gate he has a nice frame. Not sure why we ever drafted Will Davis as he looked like he was a toothpick.

Anyway, great draft.............bye bye Dallas Thomas.......Whalen, Stills, Hazel.....you guys might be in trouble now...

I'm with you and want to give this regime the benefit of the doubt.

I like that Grier and Gase are willing to go out on a limb to gather skill position guys. My biggest complaint about the Dolphins is that the team was so blah. We had no young energy on the team. Landry was a revelation. Look at how much energy he brought. We needed more guys that could hype up the locker room and that could be electric on the field. I think we have that now since almost all of the picks have big alpha personalities.

It appears as if Gase has more influence then we thought. Either that or the FO and coaching staff are finally aligned in their way of thinking. We drafted 4 guys that should be immediate contributors and we have a few prospects that may have an impact. I too am willing to give our FO the benefit of the doubt and see how things play out. The draft is all about luck. You never know. Maybe we drafted a future hall of famer.

Our schedule this year is as tough as it gets if we grab a wildcard we have a legit contender seriously. I doubt we make the playoffs but I really hope for it to happen.
