This is what I wanted to hear from our coach and he put it out there...

(On how close the core of players that he has is to where he wants it to be) – "Without going through the whole thing and really analyzing it, which we will do and we will go through long and hard, we won 11 games, you have to feel closer. You don't want to let that cloud your vision though. What I mean is, you can't just say, 'Well, you won 11 games, leave it alone. Everything is good'. You can't let that cloud your vision. The teams that do let that cloud their vision probably don't get a lot better. We can't let that cloud our vision, we have to continue to try to get better here which we will continue to do. The one thing that our players learned, you people have learned is that, we're going to leave no stone unturned right now to try to make this football team better."

He owes that to himself, this organization and the fans that support the miami dolphins, I'm excited to see this offseason... In the pass, when they let someone go, especially if it was my favorite player, I'd holla, not anymore.. those players on other teams that are beast wasn't even on our radar a lot in the draft or FA... So I'm trusting this regime to get us some more players...

yea these guys know wat there doing obviously so ppl need to shut up and let them do there thing and not give opinions till we see how well the drafted players do in the years to come. this type of mentallity and attitude starting fromt he tuna to head coach to players is wat made this great turnaround happen... LES GO FINS.!
 
yes we certainly do have the right people leading our phins...and guys,we're only going to get better....
