Our mediocre GMs Gets mediocre players for our mediocre coaches .
And we have mediocre seasons and think we are a few pieces away.
We haven't had decent drafting since Jimmy Johnson .
We haven't had good coaching since Shula.
It has been a revolving door of assclown after assclown .
Wanny , Saban , Cameron , Sparano , and now Philbin .
We need a hard core football guy .

The Dallas Cowboys have only won one playoff game since 1996......it happens. We are not going to get better until we get a better GM and coaches who will bring in an offense that is able to score some points.
