I agree fully.. the lower sixth and seventh rounders won't even make the team.
 
Ahh, the yearly draft day perils of being a fin fan. when will this f-in team start building through the draft again instead of pissing away picks?

You are 100% correct.You have got to draft players and have them make the team.With todays salary cap era it is a must not to give away draft picks.

Yep. A good friend of mine is a Seahawks fan. That is a prime exalmpe of a team built through solid drafts.
 
Rediculous. We come out of this draft with at least 3 or 4 starters, min.

Carey, Wade Smith, Junior Seau, and our #3.

Who knows, we may come out of this draft (And I'll stick to drafted players, though the comments on the trades are well taken) with NO players. THe draft is a crap shoot, you don't know what it is you get.
 
We had a 2nd round pick, we got AJ Feeley and we got Junior Seau with our 5th round pick. Not to bad IMO.

This years' second round pick is for Wade Smith, not Feeley. Next years' second rounder is for Feeley.

It is stupid to say that the sixth and seventh rounders won't make the team. These guys could definitley make the team. A lot of sixth and seventh rounders don't make rosters, but a lot do. We might even get some undrafted guys who make the roster, Billy Yates was undrafted last year and he made it. You can't just rule out the guys taken in the lower rounds.
