We need a coach like Dick Vermiel. Someone who has guts and passion for the game. Well, he doesn't necessarily have to cry at every press conference, but just be as good as Dick Vermiel.

I just got through watching the movie "Invinceible" last night (good movie by the way)....and noticed how Dick Vermiel turned around the Eagles organazation....I know it was just a movie, but it was baised on a true story.

Who are the Vermiel Disciples???? Is Al Saunders a Vermiel Disciple??

if the dolphins could manage to lure Dick Vermeil back as a coach, i would be all for it, though i doubt he would take the job.

Vermiel would be ideal for me. But the only situation Vermiel would fit into is a team that is already loaded with talent, similar the the Cheifs situation 4 years ago.

Well, it seems to me that anywhere Vermiel goes, his team seems to do pretty good. It's as if he can build a good team quickly. He was in the Rams and build them strong very quickly, same with the Chiefs.....

The guy can make it happen....maybe we outta use him as a consultant.
 
no, not Vermiel...i dont want a coach who cries because he sees the sun rise over a dewy field. Seriously, i dont know if id watch football if we got him.

Lol, I was watching NFL Network's Point After, and they threw the name "Deion Sanders" around.....id scrape my dolphin tatoo off my chest if we'd hire him.
