We need guys like this on the Miami Dolphins

Honestly, at this point I'd be happy to take guys with his talent or guys with his work ethic. Unfortunately we don't have much of either, to say nothing of having enough guys with both.
 
he's the best defensive player in the league, we could all use guys like that.
 
Hopefully that attitude rubbed off on Earl Mitchell who played next to him in Houston.

What's too bad is it isn't a guarantee of anything. John Beck felt exactly like Watt. You could see it in every interview he gave. The guy wanted it bad. I even followed his career once he went to Washington to see what would happen. No dice. Turns out that "desire" doesn't mean you can see the entire field and not panic under pressure.
 
yeah read almost any interview with wake. ive said before that wake is just a person I would love to sit down and talk to. wake is trying to rub off on the kids. I think he said 5 minutes of pleasure with a hamburger is 24 hours of setback in the gym. cant remember exactly, but he's said as long as he's in league its all about league and his job, he has the 50 years afterwards to enjoy life and burgers
