It's painfully obvious that this team can't play with the good teams. But it's not just one or two things that's missing, it's a bunch of things.

Offensive line: we can't run when we need it. We just can't convert 2nd- or 3rd and very short.
Coaches: behind by 11 or 18 in the game that will sink your season and you're punting on 4th and 1 and 4th and 4? If there was a nail needed in Philbin's coffin, this was it.
WRs/TEs: we need offensive firepower. Players can't block, can't get open, can't catch.
Defense: no need to go into detail here. This defense just sucks. We still can't cover a TE, we can't get off the field on 3rd down and we can't get a critical if our life depended on it. This team is worse than the 2012 edition.

So frustrating.
 
need big fast wr, te, big dt, cb, g, mlb and maybe fs. gotta a lot of needs
 
I forgot to say we also need a kicker. Sturgis seems to be the only one in the NFL who can't kick it in the end zone.
 
summed it up. This team has talent but this caching staff sux. Not going for it on 4th down?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many guys that other teams didn't want are on the Patriots, though? They find ways to utilize their talent, fit it in and hide their deficiencies.

I don't think the Dolphins are as talented as the Patsies, especially after the first string. But sometimes the talent that is here looks really good. When it goes bad, though, it leaves no doubt.

I've said it before, this team needs to draft the best players available with most of its draft picks. It just needs to upgrade overall talent and depth.
