I think we won a wonderful game that probably won't get us in the playoffs unless there is a miracle out there. We can finish 10-6 at best which is going to be a challenge. First things first I thought that the miami gameplan last sunday was very aggressive on the run. We kept running the ball until we got those players tired. Our offensive line fought like they never fought before. I mentioned to everyone in here in a thread a while ago that our offensive coaches made a mistake by switching Damion Mcintosh out as our left tackle. yesterday Damion Mcintosh blocked so well that I want to keep him in this team for a couple of more years. Vernon Carey also did a fine job against the run and against the pass yesterday.

I'm trying to stay on topic but if we run the ball 55 percent of the time then It would open the passing game a lot more. However we still have a problem with Joey's inaccurate throws that haven't lead us to make huge plays in offense and a lack of redzone success. He needs to stop putting so much pressure in those short passes because they can lead to turnovers.

mularkey definitely stepped up for this game..as did the rest of the coaching staff (esp. special teams + D)

Malarkey still made alot of stupid calls. And it still took him 7 games to figure out that running Ronnie works. Fire him.

And it took Linehan until after the bye to become effective too.

If Mularkey keeps turning in performances like Sunday's, we might just keep him.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Sunday's game really made me wish we had a healthy Culpepper in there just to see what our offense could do clicking on all cylinders...pass & run. I don't think Joey had a good game but hey he got the job done and that is what matters. I think with the o-line's improvement, particularly with D-Mac at LT and Shelton at RG, Culpepper can once again become an above average QB.

mularky passed on some 3 n shorts...

on fg range knowing we needed every point we can get.

boolarkey is junk. anyone who would entertain thoughts of bringing him back is either ignorant or insane or both.

And who died and made you a football expert??? It's not your job to make the call on Mularkey....thank god!! I sure do wish I knew what it is you do on Sundays, because you don't watch football...at least Dolphin football. Isn't it amazing how much better the Dolphins look when they don't make a bunch of stupid mistakes??? Is that because MM is such a great OC??? No, just like it isn't Mularkey being a bad OC when the players make mistakes and shoot themselves in the foot. Mularkey calls a play, if the players do their job correctly, they have success.

If on the other hand they execute the play incorrectly, the play fails. Do you need a degree in psychology to figure that out??? Miami's record this season is a direct result of the players own mistakes and not the play's being called. Just like all the years Marino never won a SB ring, you won't succeed in the NFL if you don't play as a team, Sunday the Dolphins played as a team....and won!! Wow, it's rocket science.
