Its time for Sabans kid glove approach to stop now ... I for one thought the floatie thing was the last straw...That is perhaps THE lamest motivational tactic I have ever heard!! And to watch him at the press conference trying to sidestep the ego of a QB who cant hit the broad side of a barn,is IMHO shamefull. If he is such a honest straight talker then dammit step up and be a man. Sit Gus and some other underachievers....Its time to call these guys out.We dont need another wanny who tried to placate players that didnt do well. If Saban doesnt have the balls to tell Gus that he is going to try something different, then we have the wrong coach again!His press confrences are now becoming a laughing stock,sad but true.
