The Oracle
I'll say it again. We need to stop lining up in the Spread Option and/or in the Shotgun 96% of the time on offense.
We need to line more in the Single Back, I Formation and Power I.
We rely too much on short passes and trick plays. A double pitch to a WR behind the LOS is not a real running play. I would not have a minus 2-pass play in my playbook. The only time I will call for a 2-4 yard pass is if the defense is 15 yards back. The exception being quick slants.

One of my biggest and favorite plays in the Play Action Pass. Some teams and QBs do it very well while others barely do it at all. A couple of years ago Tom Brady threw for first downs on 88% percent of his play-action passes.
One big reason is that he does all of it right. He has excellent accuracy but what makes it work so often and so well Is his footwork, ball fakes, quick release and years of working on his muscle memory. He has a great miss to Gronk that was underthrown and was tipped by Kiko Alonso
More later, past bedtime.
