The Bears have already got all of their draft picks signed. This means there will be no hold outs and the players can concentrate on playbooks and fitting into the system. Getting deals done on the last few days before camp, or even after camp starts hurts the players at camp as well as the ones holding out. Also getting deals done on the last days before camp leaves less time to go get houses, funiture, cars etc that players often rush out to buy shortly after signing.
We need to get it done.

pfffft Bears...

hahah the gif animation is real funny.....
however yes i think the bears will be a tough matchup, but Saban will prepare for it of course. They are a well coached, quality team with a strong rushing attack, and obviously a stubborn defense.

plus i got some good friends who are bear fans so we marked this day on our calendars the day the schedules were released

IMO The Bears will be challenging for the playoffs this year. They have a great DL and are balanced. They need someone to solidify the QB position though.

Funny, it seems everyone thinks saban will have us ready, but never acknowledge that the other team's coach won't have them ready too. It's not like that team will take the week off before playing us. LOl

The Bears still have no offense. And a Killer Defense.

They didnt draft one offensive player, except for a FB. And didn't have a number one pick. Their first pick wasn't until mid-late 2nd round.

Why do we need to watch out for the bears?

1.There not in our division
2.There not even in our Conference
3.Do we even play them this year? If we do, then why should be only worried about one team out of the other what 9 teams that we play?

What is the point of this topic? Exactly how does the bears signing a few rookies supposed to effect our season in anyway?

I bet Saban is really afraid of the bears now....ooooooo (sarcasim)

that's kinda crazy considering that fact that they already have a good defense you would think they would get a tight end which they really need.

I know Lovie Smith is regarded as a fine coach, but his Bears team reminds me too much of Dave Wannstedt's Dolphins.
