We are not making the playoffs. We should give Damien Williams and LeMichael James a chance to show what they can do. Am I an idiot?

Yes considering he's about 79 yards away from 1,000 yards.

Forget that, play him and see if he can get the 1,000 mark. Would give him a boost to his ego for next season, knowing he set that mark may allow him to be more head on in the holes instead of dancing around next season. Sure try the others throughout the game against a good Jets front and see what they bring in live action aspect but you have to let him at least try for 1,000.

True. I didn't realize that he was that close 1,000. Let the man play.

We should definitely give some playing time to Chris McCain, Jordan Tripp, and Terrence Fede though.

Let Lamar get his thousand yards. He has played with fire and heart. He deserves it. Get him another couple of touchdown runs while we're at it.

wouldn't mind seeing Billy Turner too. He was active today but I don't believe he played

The team needs to keep all of the best players in, including Miller. We now know that Philbin is coming back. We need to end the season as positively as possible. I too like Fede, McCain and others, but getting them bit parts in the final game is not going to make or break them or their role with the team.

Play him if it helps us beat the jests. Period. Beat them

Joe should've kept him in the game today. Don't understand why he gets taken out when he's dominating.

Philbin sets limits on snap counts for the players. In theory I guess it's to keep them fresh, but it also ruins any rhythm that a RB may get. Sparano did the same thing; when Ricky Williams was hot he'd sit him and play Ronnie Brown and vice-versa. When numbers like snap counts are more important than what is actually happening in the game, then your coach is an idiot.

Because Philbin is a clown and has found some stupid stat that's called 'snap count'. Snap count is where you are a complete fool and take out your best player for a backup because someone came up with the idea that NFL players tire out after a certain number of plays...when for decades, they played the whole game and actually get better as the game goes on.
