We should trade Randy McMichael to...

Sports Illustrated listed 10 players they believe to be on the trading block. Four names caught my eye...

WR Darrell Jackson
CB Dre Bly
QB David Carr
QB Matt Schaub

My first thought was that any of those guys would have more of an impact on our team than Randy McMichael. I say we trade him if any of those teams are willing.

If the Fins were able to work out a trade, which of those four would you want most? And if not McMike, then who should (or could) we trade away?

All of them would probably have a bigger impact than Mcmike. Dre Bly was a pro bowl corner at one point, D. Jack is pretty good as far as i know, and the rest are all QBs who impact a game tremendously regardless of wether they play good or bad.

First off i would take McMike over any of them. Secondly i think we should trade up and take a run at cj. If anyb
ody wants to trade from 1-4,
I think we should pull the trigger. If not then stay at 9 and see wwhos there. Instead of giving picks give players along with our first pick to the team willing to trade, ( ex: booker, chambers, williams etc. )
cj' welker, hagan, vick not that bad of a receiving corps to me. Then we fill the position
s we need throught the draft and free agency.

I would rather have McMike then any of those names. Dre Bly is an aging corner who isnt that good anyway. Atlanta dosnt need a TE, but I wouldnt trade for that even if they did. Just my opinion.

If I had to do it, I would go jackson, but only if i had to do it.
Drey Bly? Didnt he throw his teamate Joey Blue Skies under the bus?
Schaub is the more interesting of the two QB's, but he mostly has worked in the WC Offense, and I haven't heard that we would be switching to that, plus Atlanta has Crumpler, and would not be interested in McMike.
Carr is a Tedford QB, and only one has ever done anything, and it took one of the best defenses of alltime to make it happen.

Dre Bly is overrated and even though he gets the ints, he gives up the TD's also. Schaub's a WCO QB and may not be the best for our system and Falcons won't trade for McMike since they have Crumpler anyways. David Carr's a Tedford QB. We already have a Tedford QB on our roster and his name is Joey Harrington. Darrell Jackson, even if he is oft injured, is the only decent solution for a McMike trade here.

First of all, teams are generally looking to trade players for picks, not for other players. secondly, teams will not trade a pro bowl cb or wr for a te much less a qb. as far as the recieving corps you mentioned that would be a disaster. you would honestly be happy with a rookie #1, wes welker (a solid #3 at best), hagan, a second year player with 221 career recieving yds and 1 td, and a converted college qb who has never played a down in the nfl at any position? I firmly believe that CJ will be a strong reciever in the nfl but if that's his supporting cast then he will not be successful and neither will the phins.

Well, I wouldn't call Carr a Tedford QB, because he was only learning under Tedford his freshman season.

I'd trade McMike for Schaub in a heart beat but come on, Atlanta would have to hire 3 Matt Mllens to make a trade like that.
