We still have room

I thought we only had 4-5 million in cap space as of yesterday. According to that, we have 14.3 million in cap room. Is that a mis-type,or am i missing something here?

If I remember hearing correctly the Marshall deal was essentially 5 one year 10 mil dollar deals rolled together. They were designed to keep the cap risk down for carrying him. But there has been so much BS floating around due to so many talking heads (who are ironically rep'd by the same agents running all these deals) it is no wonder we have NO clue what is going on.
