With all the coaching possabilites out there i see alot of defensive minded coaches atop alot of the lists. We really need a coach to open this offense and spread the field i just dont think a defensive minded coach would do that i mean we have had defensive coaches for awhile now and its always been the same conservitive on offense and play great defense i just hope the next head coach gets in here and is alittle more aggresive on offense

I do agree that we need a coach that will be VERY aggresive when it comes to the offense. To be honest, I'm at a loss when it comes to guessing the next coach. It does get a bit upsetting seeing year, after year dissapointment. We'll see what happens.

I'd say the Whiz and cameron are the tops of the choices. So i wouldn't worry about a defensive minded guy coming in. the only one with a chance is Ron Rivera. The Whiz and Cameron will both be totally offensive game planners, so i think your going to get your wish.

the amazing thing is that Miami hasnt had an offensive mind as a head coach....Shula, JJ, Wanny, Saban all go their starts on the D site of the ball.

i really hope so i want to see points put up

if we can get everybody in there healthy (culpepper and ricky williams i see no reason why we cant go atleast 10-6 at the least...

I agree.

If we get an offense minded guy, I would like to keep Capers. He knows the D we are running (Which was 3rd in the NFL).
We cant lose site of what we are doing well.

I also agree that Cam or Wizzy would be nice, I dont believe they are the front runners. I think Wayne is stuck on Carroll. He has a goood track record for D-fense, but after all is said and done we need to put points up.

A young CREATIVE mind on offense (Mangini or Peyton type) would be good for the team.

Oh crap, don't write this, the players may read it, and fold under the pressure of high expectations.........

i would trade Chris Chambers to the Raiders for Oakland's 2nd rounder (#33), its pretty obvious there going to draft Jamurcus Russell with there 1st pick and the fact that its no secret that Jerry Porter and Randy Moss wants to get out of town. this would give us #33 and #39 in the second round. what do you think?
