Those who questioned the coaching last week and called for the heads of the coaching staff and for the people who said we should fire Sparano need to step up and eat some crow.

We won today, because of coaching. Obviously Ronnie Brown helped a little.

Miami did not add any new players during the last week, this is the same team that got destroyed against the Cardinals last week. What happened that Miami came out 7 days later and blew out a team that was at home and had won 21 straight regular season games? It was coaching. The coaching staff kept this team together, and the players still bought into what the coaching staff was doing.

Last year under Cameron, the team fell apart and the coaching staff couldn't do anything to get things back on track. Sparano and Parcells on the other hand got this to continue to believe and they ripped the Patriots apart. Those who thought the new regime was no better than the old regime got proven wrong today.

Those who praised patience and that things were still early were proven right today. We are in good hands with this new regime, and today's win is just the start of something great. Don't get me wrong though, I am not getting caught up and preaching 2008 playoffs off my roof top. This is still a team that will probably struggle to reach 6 or 7 wins for the season, but the foundation of winning was set today.

Dan Henning called a magnificent game today and should be given a lot of credit.

The Dolphins organization has been promoting a "New Beginning". Today that new beginning began.

I can't believe we ran a college style offense and managed 5 TDs in no time with no trouble against one of the strongest teams in the NFL. This must have been an incredibly fun time in practice with everyone seeing Pennington line up as a WR and running direct snaps to RB. Congratulations to David Lee for the offense, and grats to RB setting new Dolphins records :D

The coaching staff did a great job in preparing this team this week. You hit the nail on the head on the contrasts to former and present regimes.

A great win. Celebrate today but back to work tomorrow. The Chargers are up next and that will be a tough game.

I already posted a thread eating my crow. Finally got convinced today the right people have been put in place to bring us back!

no doubt i knew bill belichick was going to mention how they were out coached in his press confrence and sure enough he did and they were. oh yeah by the way at the half i was saying to myself, ronnie is going to end up throwing from that formation and sure as hell he did and it worked. what a job by the coaches!!

Ermm. I'll eat some crow. I bad mouthed the coaching quite a bit. Just the same i'm not gonna be sold on this coaching staff after one game. I'm tired of the highs and lows, I want a coach who will field a competitive team consistantly. That said they did a good job prepping for the Pats and shut me up for now.

I have to eat my crow. I doubted Dan henning and joey porter. Next thing you know We put up 38 points and porter gets 3 sacks and a FF

Coaching staff did an awesome job. We used the pass to open up the run. Hopefully we see that "Wildcat" Formation a lot more this season. Ronnie is a monster.

Yeah, some of the "doom and gloom" posters were down right ridiculous last week. Great adjustments by the offensive and defensive staffs and kudos to Big Tony for keeping this team focused. Of course there will still be setbacks along the way, but to you folks acting as if you could field a better team with what this staff was handed- have some friggin patience and at least give the Trifecta a full season before you lay judgement. That said, this feels good...real good :)

I hope this is a fresh beginning for this team. I dont think were playoff bound or anything, but if we can put a couple of games together like this little beauty, we can make some real noise.

I'm just glad I can come back to FH. After the Arz game, things were all doom and gloom in here.

Coaching definitely played a big part in this win....which by the way....feels REALLY EFFIN GOOD....but the team executing the plays, and the players stepping up after last weeks loss to use that and come out motivated and play one hell of a game also played a big part....regardless,this win feels SOOOO DAMNNNNN GOOD!!!!!

A coaching staff getting it in gear is more along the lines of what they did today. The critical comments for their performance during the jet & cards games were for the most part well deserved. Some may have crossed the line, but every viewpoint has their extremists. A lot of people were just pointing out that the coaching staff wasn't pulling their weight any more than the players weren't pulling their own. At the time it was said, it was true.

That changed today, and it was great to see. Signs of life from the Fins will give the players a reason to hold their heads high and play with more confidence as the season goes on. When you don't go into a game thinking you're about to get beat, anything can happen. Kudos to both the coaches and players, for putting together a great game plan on both sides of the ball, and for matching the mental preparation with great athletic effort on the field.

I really thought the biggest difference was the zip on Penningtons ball today. Most of the time he got the ball out in a hurry. J.Long continues to impress, he run blocked real well and had A.Thomas beat him inside once but I don't believe it resulted in a bad play. Ronnie, welcome back!

well it goes beyond the excellent gameplanning on both sides of the ball... I thought there was some reall attitude out there... Guys were NASTY... Aggressive and mean... Bell was a wrecking ball, in fact the whole secondary tackled beautifully... The difference between last week and this week was night and day.

At the time it was said, it was true.

This is just one game and Tony S "has" been the wild card in wether we are really heading in the right direction. He was put on a short leash after just 2 games by many of the fans after taking over a pretty bad team which was pretty unrealistic. IMO
