I don’t think he gets enough credit for what he has to work with. Ramsey, Campbell and Sieler are the only guys who are good nfl players. The rest are jags or straight bad and he has created a respectable defense out of it. I would like to see what he could do with more talent. Hopefully he is here next year but I would be surprised if he doesn’t get some hc interviews this offseason.

You’re on your own island here dude
Ok, yeah, he inherited the personnel, but it’s his job to at the very least have them playing fundamental ball. I’m sorry but no excuse to have the worst tackling defense in the NFL

I can’t help you from here
Be easy on him fellas

Miami is 6th in total defense.

You said it bro. His job is to scheme the defense better to compensate for the lack of talent. I just don't see it.

The tackling is poor but is that his fault or the talent he was given? Why should a nfl coach have to teach guys how to tackle at this level? If they won’t tackle they are untalented, lazy or trying to avoid injury and that is an indictment of the gm for having them on the roster. He coached in Baltimore so he knows what a legitimate nfl franchise looks like. Like I said he was given a terrible roster and has at least made it respectable. I think we will miss him if he goes. Fangio has the best defense in the nfl this year when fans here wanted to help him pack his bags last year. It’s the gm not the coach.

Dude
Serious???
Ever play pee wee football or school ball?

I played high school ball and two years of college ball
And you know what? Fundamentals were taught every single day and never ignored
Never ignored

These are professionals and the coaches are professionals
No excuse

Dont sleep on BROOKS. He is more critical of the team than McDummy is. He called the team soft after the GB loss and is always around the ball.

Fuller, Brooks, and Chop are definitely not jags...they do need some more pieces. Weaver has done a very good job this year, has made adjustments which is something Miami coaches seem to always lack at. 6th in yards, 13th in points. Imagine how good they'd be if they could tackle!!

It's his fault.
