I keep seeing this reference that Miami will play @ Pitt next year, can someone please explain to me how they know this ahead of the schedule being released??

The schedules are pre-determined years in advance. You can see who Miami will play (minues 2 games) each year from now till 2009!!!!!

Miami is going to go into next year as a "sexy pick" team. Plus the Super BOwl is in Miami next year, so some little underlying storyline there.

Congrats to Pitt on winning the SB.....I feel they are probably the least dominating SB winner in the past ten years......they just got on a roll after just barely making the playoffs. I think we can take them next year.

Well it's usually the SB winner and a team from the same conference. We may have enough hype, you never know. Really it's between like 5 teams. Cincy, Miami, Denver, KC and SD I really can't see Baltimore or Cleveland being very intriguing.A

OH wait, only 2 of those AFC WEST teams will be at Pitt next year. That makes a toss up between 3 or 4 teams including Miami.

The schedule is released the week right before the draft in April. However, games like the opening night game will be announced a few weeks before that.

Yeah i heard that we play Pitt in Pitt and I immediately ready for the game. I have never been to an NFL game in my life and I'm more than ready for my first next year.
