Will we get another 1985-like opportunity this season?

We play the Colts in week 17. Its very hard to envision what will be going on at that time, but imagine the matchup if the Colts are 15-0 and Miami is the last team with a chance to beat them.

Even further than that, what if the Colts do go 16-0. How messed up would it be for the Colts to finish an undefeated season VS Miami in the regular season, and then go on to win the Super Bowl in Miami and go 19-0. Imagine the crowd reaction. Imagine how many eggs would be thrown at Manning.

ouch good call.....haha sadly it all points for the perfect fairy tale ending to the 72 perfection.....heres hoping it doesnt happen:dolphins:

the colts will loos way before that! thats game willl mean nothing to the colts but alot to the phins!

I'll be at that game too, just like vs. da' Bears this past weekend - hopefully I'll bring back a W.

yea, i think the jags will give them a loss, jags always play them tough and smash mouth, plus garrard is gawd

I've thought of this game for several reasons. One, I've been able to go to several prevous games at the turf level and hope to score tickets again. Two, if Indy goes 15-0 they will likely rest Manning a several other key starters for a better chance for the trophy. It would be super sweet if the phins were 9-6 and needed the victory to make the playoffs. So many possibilites for that final game. We've always have had success against the Colts and I would love to see that game have some meaning.

Best thing about it is it's the last game of the seaosn for the Colt's most likely they wont need to win it and will likely want to rest their starters before the following playoff game. If we had to play this game tommorow I would say no way we win but playing this game the last week of the season means a win is highly probable.
